I processed my request two weeks before my celebrity sailing (which was on Feb 15th). As of March 15th points were still in CAS account...still there on the 22nd. The last time I called, the rep was great - she "processed" a request to have it looked into while I was on the phone and said points should be there within a few days and that she would phone me back and confirm. I did not receive a phone call, but within a week the points were transferred from CC to C&A for both mine and my husband's accounts. Maybe try phoning CC again and ask if you can hold while the try to process the request. Saying they can do nothing is just not a suitable response. Good luck. i escalated to a supervisor who said they would put in a request to have the points transferred. it would take approx 2-5 business days so i should be seeing it the latest by friday. the supervisor claimed that the rep put the request through via email while i was on hold, so you may be on to something here. to get ahead of things, i’ve already submitted my requests for our two upcoming cruises let us pray it works out!!!! recogneyes and Ogilthorpe 2 Quote

Roger Ramjet Posted April 29 Report Posted April 29 On Royal I am Diamond Plus with 228 points. 700 required for Pinnacle. On Celebrity I am Elite Plus with 638 point. 3000 required for Zenith. The question. Given that we can now transfer future points between loyalty programs, which program should I send all future points to in order to reach a highest tier first? We sail three or four times a year including one TA split pretty evenly between the two cruise lines. So it is kind of a pipe dream to think we could ever make it to the top but I am interested in your opinions. Quote

I think I've heard it is easier to get to Pinnacle vs Zenith... Quote
Roger Ramjet Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 Standard balconies mostly. But often Concierge Class on Celebrity (more points). Quote

DanielB Posted Sunday at 09:22 AM Report Posted Sunday at 09:22 AM I sailed on Reflection April 17- 20th and received my transfer points back to Royal on Thursday May 14th. These points now put me at 213 so now let's see if I actually get my crystal block on my next Royal sailing as indicated. I was at 207 and did this solo sailing to put me at the 213 jumping over the 210 mark. System seems to be working at least for me. Ogilthorpe, asquared17, WAAAYTOOO and 1 other 4 Quote
