Similarly you can book a cruise on ships that are still under construction. since cruises are sold up to 2 years in advance. Personally, I wouldn't want to book for the first week of operation but some people will want to be among the first to experience the club (or a new ship). PhillyLady 1 Quote

Same..we have a 3-4 month rule with anything new... especially cruise ships. I like to give them time to work out the kinks before I dump tons if money into it. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote
twangster Posted September 28 Report Posted September 28 At the moment the ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for December 13, 2025 with first guests expected around two weeks later. However the current projected track of tropical depression nine has it becoming a tropical storm and heading towards the Bahamas. Even if they don't get a direct hit and even if it remains just a tropical storm, they will have to secure the job site and there could potentially be some damage. This has the potential to set the schedule back and delay the opening. Quote
tonyfsu21 Posted September 28 Report Posted September 28 If they get pounded by anything more than a tropical depression it’s going to blow that beach club back into the stone ages. As a lifelong local to a place that gets hit by hurricanes, I do not have much faith in the design. Cross your fingers, we haven’t reached season peak yet. Jjohnb, WAAAYTOOO and Pattycruise 2 1 Quote
