Kirsten Posted August 20 Report Posted August 20 We are in a suite next week on Symphony and I'm seeing in the app that there is a daily Pinnacle breakfast at Coastal Kitchen. Does this mean that suite guests aren't able to eat breakfast there? Last time we were in a suite, we could eat all meals there. Quote
smokeybandit Posted August 20 Report Posted August 20 I've seen that same thing for ships where the suite/Pinnacle breakfast is in Chops. It doesn't change the access for suites. Just for whatever reason they feel compelled to put it in the planner for Pinnacles. Kirsten, RCIfan1912 and Ogilthorpe 2 1 Quote

The Pinnacle daily breakfast is not in the Coastal Kitchen. If that's what it says, it is a total misprint. On MOST ships, Pinns (not in a suite) are not able to eat breakfast in the CK at all....even the highest tiered Pinns. The only ship where I have seen this exception was on Utopia. Most of the ships have the Pinn breakfast in Chops but sometimes it's Giovannis....just depends on the ship. Full suite guests always have access to the CK for all 3 meals. No exceptions. Lovetocruise2002 Posted August 20 Report Posted August 20 Full suites always have access to CK. Pinnacles can sometimes be sent to Chops for Pinnacle breakfast if there are too many of them on one sailing. I think that is why it always states where the pinnacle breakfast is in the cruise planner, because it’s not always in CK. For example, the sailing I am currently on Wonder, the pinnacle breakfast says Chops. Also, not attempting start to fight, but I think suite guests would have an honest fit if they could not get access lol SplashOfWater, Ogilthorpe, SpicyCherry and 1 other 4 Quote
Kirsten Posted August 20 Author Report Posted August 20 Thank you all for the clarification! I was disappointed when I saw that in the app, because we really enjoy going there for breakfast. Glad we are still able to! WAAAYTOOO and Ogilthorpe 2 Quote

smokeybandit Posted August 20 Report Posted August 20 How does the CK breakfast compare to the usual suite breakfast? We're on Quantum in October and it's the first CK ship I've been on in 8 years. Quote

At least there are some "different" options like the flat bread eggs... Ogilthorpe and Ampurp85 2 Quote
smokeybandit Posted August 21 Report Posted August 21 Finally found a menu. Yeah that's a lot nicer than the Chops breakfast menu. Ogilthorpe 1 Quote

twangster Posted August 22 Report Posted August 22 19 hours ago, Kirsten said: But suite guests were in there as well? Which ship? Full suite guests have higher priority over Pinnacle in CK so full suite guests will always have access for 3 meals per day in CK. Regular Junior suites are not full suites so plain JS do not get CK breakfast or lunch. Kirsten 1 Quote

Last2Know Posted August 22 Report Posted August 22 Currently on Star. Pinnacle breakfast is at Chops for this sailing and not in CK. 100+ Pins onboard for this 3N showcase cruise that also included the naming ceremony. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote

New ship fever. 100 pins cross the threshold for restricting CK access to keep space for suite guests. I'm sailing her later in September it will be interesting to see if pin numbers drop off. Last summer on Icon there were 7 pins. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote
