DivaDeaconess Posted July 21 Report Posted July 21 Hey everyone! Just booked on Wonder of the Seas for Sept 8-12 and we’re totally pumped! Anyone else as excited as we are? What’s everyone looking forward to the most? We’re all about that good old fashioned R&R Plus, can’t wait to finally hit up Hideaway Beach this time — had to skip it last cruise because of weather, so fingers crossed! Also, any tips on the best way to get to the port from a downtown Miami/Brickell area hotel? Uber, taxi, shuttle? Would love your suggestions! There are 2 adults. LauraOzo Posted July 22 Report Posted July 22 My husband and I are also on this cruise. Very excited for our first 'big ship' We have sailed on both the Independence and Liberty OTS. Im still debating hotel options. It's between the Inter Continental and the Kimpton EPIC unless anyone else has a warning or suggestion. Totally open! It's just for the night before the cruise. Also debating about getting the unlimited dining package. I need to research it a bit more. We already have Hooked booked and may just do that one. Still not sure. We love oasis class ships, but this will be our first time on WOS — We’re counting down the days and ready to make waves! (yeah, I know that was corny) . . . ! I used Google and Tripadvisor reviews as the basis for selecting a hotel since I'm not familiar with the ones in the area and pretty picky when it comes to hotels! We always go with the unlimited dining package because we like to visit most of the specialty restaurants, so it makes sense for us. Cheers to an epic cruise! WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote

Finally booked a hotel. We are trying EPIC an IHG hotel. We shall see. It's just for one night so it doesnt really matter that much, but it is the first night of our vacation so I guess it kinda does matter haha 35 days and counting! WAAAYTOOO and DivaDeaconess 2 Quote

Guessing a lot of people took advantage of Royal Up. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!! As I mentioned first time on one of the bigger ships.
