runderekrun
I just made reservations at Izumi for a cruise next year on Mariner (this will be the first time my wife and I have made reservations and skipped the MDR) and I am questioning how it works. The menu has prices but there is a $45 charge per person for the restaurant, what is included in the cover charge and what do you have to pay extra for? Matt
That sounds like Izumi Hibachi, as opposed to Izumi sushi. Here's an overview and review of Izumi Hibachi from Harmony of the Seas, which likely will have similar experience to Mariner: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2017/09/26/review-izumi-hibachi-harmony-of-the-seas
coneyraven
Exactly what Matt said .... when we ate at Izumi a couple months ago (on Grandeur), everything had a la carte pricing with no additional surcharges.... Oh, and you will LOVE it --- By far our favorite Specialty Restaurant
