You only get services from the suite concierge if you ask. They will typically reach out approximately a week before sailing. Email will

describe what they can help with, hours of availability etc. You can have them help as much or as little as you choose.

The Suites Concierge does not offer services once you're on the ship.  If you want or need something, they are there (during their regularly posted hours) but they will never come to see you or call your room the way the Genie would.  If you don't want or need the Suites Concierge's help, just ignore them....and they will ignore you.
