Check out time at completion of cruise?

While you can technically stay onboard until the last disembarkation group is called (you will be assigned one) around 10:30-10:45, but everything is closed. While it may sound like a good idea...there really isn't much point to sticking around until the last minute.

It's somewhere between 9 and 10 a.m. However, Royal has been offering an option to stay onboard throughout the day in some ports for a small fee. You still need to get out of your room, but you're allowed to stay onboard and enjoy the ship and facilities until mid-afternoon.

Interesting...would be a good option for those that have later flights.....haven't seen it offered on any cruises I have done yet. But would be much better than joining the herds of cattle all trying to get off the ship at basically the same time...lol

I think this only pertains to some ports in Europe.  Not available for cruises departing from US ports.
