This photo was posted in the Royal Caribbean Dining Facebook group by Joel Alderman today from Independence of the Seas.  The image pretty much sums up the devolution of dining quality in the main dining room (and it also explains why I now ask for the off-menu Indian food).

Now that is just pitiful....

My thoughts exactly Matt!  The picture is completely out of context.

I just sent a message to the original poster for more information.  You can follow along here (I hope this permalink works) https://www.facebook.com/groups/royalcaribbeandining/?multi_permalinks=1917153368548214&comment_id=1917462488517302&notif_t=like&notif_id=1502888835128152

Judging by the description on the original post of "chicken cordon bleu", coupled with scrolling back through the posters' other posts to find the menu for the day featuring "chicken cordon bleu" .... I would conclude this is in fact the "chicken cordon bleu" ordered off the MDR menu.

That would make this :

Ham and cheese filled breaded chicken, rice-peas pilaf, seasonal vegetables and something unreadable on my menu copy

Updated: Found a legible copy .. that should be lingonberry relish :)

Wow that looks awful , we have been on the Indy 3 times and never had any food that looks as unappetizing as the above and i have to say if that was served to me it would be going straight back.

CMON RC  you are a quality cruise line not a cross channel ferry.
