I believe Cozumel is a port that the casino can be open, so they may schedule a bunch of activities on ports like that. I am not sure the criteria about the casino, I recall it had something to do with whether or not the port had their own casino, but that may or may not be the case. Costa Maya and Roatan were before 5pm, while Cozumel was until 6 and once and overnight. Or get back early from excursion. Gives them more options while on the ship. I like that this is offered.
