I found this on the RCL website: ============================================================================ Where are e docs on Royal Caribbean app? If they're available, you can access them through your reservation dashboard in your My Cruises Account. If your documents are not yet available, check back soon. You will also receive an e-mail when your documents are ready. =========================================================================== If you have a travel agent, he/she should send your travel documents to you via regular mail.
