Suite Room Service Question

One of the things we didn't utilize on our previous suite cruise was the complimentary room service.  Our next cruise, we'll have a little bit more space and will be more likely to do so.  I do have some questions, though.

If you're ordering a meal from the MDR, do they bring all the courses at once?  Are they spaced out like they are in the dining room?  If they're spaced out, do they come into the cabin to set it up at the dining table, or do we retrieve it from the door and bring it into the cabin ourselves?

MDR food is brought up all at once with each course on it's own plate with it's own cover. If you've ever been in the MDR and seen them piling up trays with the brown (not clear) food covers, those are for room service.

They don't set up any table for you, but now that they're allowed back in the room, they will drop it off wherever you request.

Also, note that you can get ALL room service complimentary in a Grand Suite or higher which means not just the MDR but from the regular room service menu as well as both sides of the breakfast door hanger card.
