whitsmom
We are in Stateroom D3 - 12586. 1. What does D3 mean and how is it different from D1 & D2? I looked at the description and it all looks the same to me. 2. I think I read that on connection rooms the room on the right has the bed by the balcony and the room on the left is by the closet. If this is correct, them our bed is by the closet. I was hoping to have the bed by the balcony as my two granddaughters will be on the sleeper sofa. That's what I get for assuming they were all by the balcony...
Matt
I wrote a blog post about what the basic differences are between D1, D2, D3, et al: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2016/07/14/staterooms-what-are-the-difference-between-royal-caribbeans-d1-d2-d4-etc-balcony-rooms In terms of the placement of the bed/closet, it tends to alternate. So one room the bed is by the balcony, and the next the closet/couch is near the balcony. Then repeat ad infinitum. whitsmom

whitsmom
Thanks for the information- I knew there was but just couldn't find it. Ours does have a sofa so I hope it is a little bigger; however, I will enjoy it regardless!
