No. They only allow one certificate per person and when they do combine offers it has to be the same. I.e. you and the other person traveling can use an instant reward together to get more off the cruise. Or you and another can combine your annual cruise for a balcony. I tried to use an instant certificate and myVegas and was denied. I also tried to stack an instant with all the money off certs and was denied.
