Loyalty status and points not displaying on website and app

When I sign in to rc.com,  I get a message that they are not able to display my loyalty status and points at this time and to check back later. It’s been this way for a month. My loyalty status also doesn’t show on the app. Anybody else having this issue?

It's an ongoing issue.

The fix is to log in, go to your profile, delete your C&A number, re-input it and save.

If they don't get the system fixed soon, this may well become the topic with the greatest number of separate threads in the history of the forums!

Still a bit to go to reach rants about chair hogs and questions about the beverage package, but the number of threads on the topic over the last month or so is quite impressive.
