I get offers from Casino Royal, can a travel agent help me with this?

It depends….a TA can help you with some bookings but not others…but just know that many agents are hesitant to do casino bookings these days b/c the agent’s commission sux.

It seems like “instant” casino offers (the ones you earn onboard for onboard ship play) are the ones that cannot be booked with an agent but I could be wrong. I recently had 2 such bookings that I moved over to my agent after the fact.  I booked these cruises board with NextCruise and asked if I could use an agency and was told “no” but then when I got home I asked again and they casino CSR moved them both…I really don’t know the truth.

What would of been my second cruise I had a TA book it using the printed offer I earned on my first  cruise, but it was canceled due to the pandemic.

Thanks for the replies,  I'll call Casino Royale first.

I usually do book these offers with my TA and he is more than willing to help me as a loyal customer to him because he knows I will continue to use him for normal bookings.  I do usually upgrade room types, which helps him on the commission side a little too.  The other agreement I have with my travel agent is that I am more than willing to answer questions about our personal experiences on board or with excursions -- especially from a viewpoint of limited mobility activities (my wife has RA).
