betmust
I no longer receive emails from Royal Caribbean. I do have a cruise booked with them and get invoices after I make a payment but nothing else. Recently the couple booked with us got and emails about excursions being on sale and I did not get it. Those are definitely the ones I want to get or any other ones. How can I make sure I am getting emails. Looked around on line but did not see anywhere. Thanks for any help
Pattycruise
I haven’t gotten them in 10 years. Good luck! betmust
12thman
I've had this problem as well, I've been getting my wife's C&A information and ads. Called Royal told them the issue they confirmed the email accounts and now I'm getting my own account information and updates. Perhaps that would help you? betmust
AshleyDillo
Check your communication preferences in your profile through the cruise planner and make sure it's checked. To get to your profile you click on your initials on the top right. Cactus527 and betmust 1
Mturk
Same thing is happening with me. I used to get all the emails and then it suddenly stopped some time ago and now only my wife gets emails. I have checked and double-checked my communication preferences and all is as it should be. I spoke with the host in the Diamond Lounge on Liberty in November and he was going to look after it but nothing has changed. I even spoke with a CS rep who noticed that my emails were set to go to my TA and promised to fix it but still no emails! It's frustrating to say the least. They reentered my email and no it's working. Maybe give them a call? betmust

I wonder if deleting and re-entering your e-mail address in your profile, in similar fashion to the "points not showing" fix, might make it work again. betmust

I even created a new google email address just for it and it still didn't work. At least I don't get bombarded with the latest sale that isn't sale emails either so there is that "benefit". KristiZ
I hadn't gotten emails for years, even after switching to a gmail address. Then a month ago I called C&A for an unrelated reason and they went through all my information, confirming it was still valid. Suddenly I'm getting emails. I think even though I changed my email on the website, the database was still clinging to my old hotmail address that never worked for the marketing emails. Worth a shot. betmust and WAAAYTOOO 1

CynBeth
I never get any e-mails other than confirmations but never thought anything of it until this thread so thank you for bringing it up. I did as instructed and saw I do not have a check next to Royal so took care of that. WAAAYTOOO
Marc
I discovered a while back that if your email address is on multiple Crown & Anchor accounts, you won’t receive promotional emails from Royal Caribbean. In my case, casino offers dried up. When I got them to remove my email address from others’ profiles, including some woman who lives in Australia — who knows why she had my address on her profile — then the offer emails started again.
