When I hadn’t received them by this week I reluctantly reached out to Berty and his genie powers had them in my inbox the next morning. Instead of only receiving the selections made while onboard, I received all the digital prints taken because it looks like the onboard Focus Manager sent them to me. These images are priceless and I can’t imagine how this would have resolved itself without Berty. Here are some with Berty. (Because I know I will not remember the details) Private Waterway Tours provided a 1.5 hour private tour for 5 people. From my understanding, when a reservation is made, there is a contact email entered in with the reservation. I don’t know if multiple emails can be entered on a reservation. They couldn't furnish the survey if a guest never received it other than making contact with Royal and inquiring about it the old fashioned way. A booking has one email address field. There is nothing special about a Star booking compared to a regular booking from a TAs perspective. No extra steps, no additional forms, nothing else required of a TA. From my understanding of the process the initial Star questionnaire goes to the one email that can be entered for a booking. Personally I find little value in the initial survey. I suspect it's a "feel good" survey. Once an actual genie makes contact, that's when the process really starts in my mind. Maybe the initial survey is designed to make sure they have a good email address on record. Come to think of it next time I may fill in the initial survey with really strange answers just to see if it does anything. Complete the Star questionnaire using only these three words: Goat, Beer, Sunset. And I went in with very reasonable expectations having been there the Christmas prior knowing amenities were basic and the experience is watching the planes.
