Not on Quantum in Alaska this past summer. I couldn't re-use my Wow band. On some Wow-enabled ships Star Class guests have been provided Wow bands. No one else was nor could anyone reuse an old wow band on the same cruise where Star Class was provided them. Like everything Royal it's possible someone somewhere was able to reuse an old wow band.
