Our Port stops are San Juan, Philipsburg St. Maarten, St. Johns Antigua, Castries St Lucia, and Basseterre St. Kitts. Needs to have chairs and umbrella's and a place to get food and drink and if possible transportation from port to beach. asquared17 Posted November 8, 2022 Report Share Posted November 8, 2022 hi pat @Cruiser70 for phillipsburg, st. maarten, we recommend the holland house! you will need to take the water taxi from the port to town, which is a few dollars. once get get there, you can rent two beach chairs with an umbrella for $25, and it will net you internet service (which is, admittedly, spotty at best), 4 beverages and use of the bathrooms. https://www.hhbh.com/beach (scroll down for more details) it is our favorite place to stay and we often select itineraries with st. maarten included just so we can visit!
