ChessE4
Too old for that. I now delight in watching families when kids are supervised by parents or grandparents. Saw some touching interactions last week. HeWhoWaits
wordell1
It's not Royal Caribbean's business model so it's not going to happen here. I will be interested to see how it works at Virgin. There are a few adults only charters on Royal you could try....
twangster
Transatlantics are mostly kid-less.

To an extent yes. There are some younger folks so I'm not saying it's only older folks but who can commit to two weeks plus travel days before? There will be some folks who are willing to commit so much PTO towards such a trip but for many working class folks it's a pretty big hit on their available time off so you tend to see folks who aren't working other than some cruise junkies. The most non-working folks with ample time on their hands tend to be retirees who also love the cheap per night cost of most transatlantics. That's why there tends to be 700+ D+ and 150+ P on them. Given the smaller target demographic compared to the quintessential 7 night cruise most transatlantics tend to bargain fares. mac66
Late to the party but we did three Celebrity cruises this year, a rock & romance 7 night music charter... no kids. A 12 night southern... no kids and a 12 night Iceland to boston...no kids. So depending on what kind of criuse, how long you go, and the cruise line you book will determine kids or not. Monic.TW
I don't know if I'd want to go on a completely kidless cruise. That might be fun once possibly twice, but I kind of enjoy talking to families with kids even though my kid has already left home.
