AT&T Cel Service - Caribbean (St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Coco Bay Bahamas)

I have AT&T Unlimited. Will it work on these islands?

I'm guessing yes in St. Thomas because it is part of the US Territories, US Virgin Islands.

No in St. Maarten because it is part of the Netherlands.

No in Coco Bay because it is a private island.

I am not familiar with the AT&T Ultimate Premium. I was able to use AT&T service in St Thomas.  I’m not sure if I paid the $10 flat rate for AT&T International Day Pass

In St Maarten, it’s $10 per day (Day Pass)

I don’t think there’s cell service in Coco Cay. I always use Wi-Fi calling using my VOOM package

I was able to use AT&T on CocoCay last month, but I had to pay for the $10 day pass.

Make sure you have the international day pass active. It doesn't cost anything to activate.

You will be charged a $10 per day flat rate that covers all phones on your plan.

It covers most foreign countries. 

It does not cover roaming charges on the ship at sea. Make sure everyone knows to put their phone on airplane mode before the ship leaves port.

Good to know.  I've never tried it because I almost always have the VOOM package.
