Matt
It will be plenty warm, with still chance of rain since it's still hurricane season (although unlikely of a storm) https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/november-royal-caribbean-cruise See you onboard
DarrenMaestas
One more question, what are the Covid rules? Do we need to be tested three days before the cruise?

Mike n Ky
Hurrican Lisa is currently moving over the southern part of the Yucatan and could curve back out into the Gulf of Mexico. But, since y'all are sailing in a week should be done by then.
GatorCruiser
while we are on the topic of galveston, refresh my memory on the booze stipulations until you are in international waters. Can you use your DBP or not?

billdauterive
Personally I think November is the perfect time to sail out of Galveston. Texas is not usually cold yet but starting to get cool so between shorts and light jacket. Hurricane season is basically over, the ports are starting their "dry" season, and the humidity and temperatures drop from hot/sweltering to warm/pleasant. Bonus is if you don't go over Thanksgiving it's one of the cheapest times to cruise all year so I always call it the Goldilocks time. And it usually only takes a couple hours after sail away. The limitation is pretty much over by dinner time.
