NEbluebird
Is there a ferry from where the cruise ship terminal is to St John’s?
wordell1
No - Most go to Red Hook (can take a taxi) and take the ferry from there. There is another ferry from Charlotte Amile that is longer and runs less frequently. putinbay
Yep, we took a taxi to Red Hook, and then a ferry to St. John, and then a taxi to Trunk Bay. Bit of a hop, skip, and a jump, but well worth it! It's a nice ferry ride over to St. John! There is more than enough time to make this trip and spend a good three hours at Trunk Bay. Last time we went (pre pandi), it was cash only, so might want to check that now.
RCLblue10
On our Harmony OTS sailing Jan. 21 2023, there is a RC excursion listed for $40 per person that takes us from ship to St. John's It is titled "St.John's on your own". It states - Enjoy a scenic "worry-free" day with our roundtrip private ferry transfer direct from ship to Cruz Bay, St. John. You will have your own free-time with over 2 hours to tour; NEbluebird, PPPJJ-GCVAB and Carlos A. 2
Billy B
Make sure you are the first ones off the boat and pre-purchase the ferry in Redhook.
