If yours isn't there, be SURE and call back immediately and have them add it. They are TERRIBLE about forgetting to add it in. I've had to do it almost every time I've ever had casino free play. Hang on the line until you get the corrected confirmation and be sure to verify that it's there before you let the rep off the phone.
