In the past, I purchased my tickets directly through Royal but this time I opted to buy directly through the Xplor site. I don't remember buying a ferry ticket when buying the excursion through Royal. My question is.... If you purchase excursion tickets from a 3rd party or just want to shop at Cozumel Playa del Carmen do you have to buy a ferry ticket? Where do we buy tickets? Or is this provided by Royal?
