I am 3 weeks away from embarkation and I see that there is only 1 category left and it says pending. Is this a good sign or does it mean nothing? Royal will sometimes keep inventory off the public website if they have sold suite GTY fares and someone in a suite could cancel the week of the cruise for a number of reasons. "Pending" is good in that it isn't cancelled or denied. Other than that there is no way to know what is really potentially available.
