Spanish Travel Health Form

We fly into Barcelona next Thursday for a cruise on Wonder leaving the following Sunday. Do we need to fill out the Spanish Travel Health form??

We flew in August 10th. It was still required then and also needed to loaded into Verifly, which American Airlines was using then. They did check the form after we went through Spain customs before we could get our luggage (after you got your QR code it told you which line you would get in. I printed mine too, which simplified passing the officials guarding the lines. Obviously things have changed a lot in the last month. If it recommends you do it, I'd do it. It was easier than the ArriveCan form.

I you travel from a Schengen / EU country to Spain, you don't need the SPTH QR code nor a covid certificate.
