I thought it would be neat to show the slightly redacted emails I receive as examples.

Dear Suite Guest.

My name is NAME REDACTED and I can’t wait to welcome
you onboard the beautiful SHIP NAME REDACTED
I hope you’re ready for a wonderful cruise vacation with us.

We’re delighted you’ll be joining us as we get back to our home at sea. Your health & safety are our top priority, so as we begin to set sail, we have new health protocols that are part of our healthy return to service.  Please visit
https://www.royalcaribbean.com/the-healthy-sail-center/getting-ready-to-cruise for more information on the preventive measures that we will be taking onboard to ensure you have a safe and healthy experience with us.

As we return to service, some benefits and services have changed. To follow new health protocols and better manage the flow of guests in terminals, the check-in process will be different. All guests will be required to select an arrival time in advance via the Royal Caribbean App.

ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING TRAVELS

Dear Guest,

We’re counting down the days until our SHIP NAME REDACTED September 2nd, 2022 sailing. Since our sailing is around the corner, we’re reminding you to complete your outstanding Bermuda Travel Authorization.

As our sailing visits Bermuda, all guests ages 2 and older must complete a Bermuda Travel Authorization. This Travel Authorization is $40 per person, and an approved authorization stating your form has been approved by the government of Bermuda is required to board our sailing, regardless of whether or not you are disembarking in Bermuda. Guests can complete the form at https://www.gov.bm/applying-bermuda-travel-authorisation by following the prompt for cruise ship passengers. Please note, the process to approve the authorization may take several hours, so we highly recommend completing this form before arriving to the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, guests without an approved authorization will be denied boarding. Pro Tip: for the best experience, complete this form is via a laptop or desktop computer. To upload photos of your documents, take them with your mobile device and email them to yourself to complete the form. Additionally, you can complete the form without inputting your test results and then return later to add your results once you receive them.

As a reminder, we ask that you arrive to the terminal at your selected arrival time. Arriving earlier may have you turned away until your selected time. If you haven’t done so already, download the Royal Caribbean App. In the app you can complete your online check-in, upload your vaccination documents, and fill in your Health Questionnaire when it opens one day prior to sailing.

Thank you for your cooperation. We’ll see you on the seas soon!

Sincerely,

Royal Caribbean International

We can't wait to welcome you onboard tomorrow! Get ready for your adventure by completing your required Health Declaration, exclusively on the Royal Caribbean app, before you arrive at the terminal.

To complete your Health Declaration, just tap the notification we’ve sent to your mobile phone.

Don’t see the notification? Sign in to the app and follow the prompts.

Still don't have the app?

  • Check-in for your cruise and complete your Health Declaration.
  • Take advantage of touchless, paperless boarding – keep your mobile boarding pass and passport at your fingertips.
  • Jump start your required guest safety briefing before boarding the ship – it’s required of all guests before the ship sails.
  • Access daily activity schedules, make dining and shore excursion reservations, and browse your onboard account, as soon as you’re onboard and connected to ship Wi-Fi.

[ ] Passport Book/ Passport Card is recommended for all guests with a validity of at least 6 months after their sailing's return date. If you don't have a passport,  please bring a state-certified U.S. Birth Certificate + a valid Driver's License or picture ID issued by the government for age 16 and older. If your name doesn't match, bridging documents are required, like a Marriage Certificate.

[ ] Proof of Vaccine is required for all guests 12 years and older, such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) COVID-19 vaccination record card. Kids age 5 to 11 who have been vaccinated may present proof of full vaccination and follow the testing protocols for vaccinated guests. The full cycle of doses must be completed no less than 14 days prior to sailing.

[ ] Negative COVID-19 Test Result must be presented (printed or shown on your phone and cannot be a doctor’s note) by all guests 2 and older upon arriving at the port. For vaccinated guests, the COVID-19 test must be taken no more than 2 days prior to boarding. For unvaccinated children ages 2 - 11 a result from a PCR (not antigen) is required and must be taken no more than 3 days prior to sailing - but not on boarding day.

[ ] Bermuda Travel Authorization is required for each guest 2 and older at $40 per person. Please apply here before heading to the terminal.

[ ] Visa/ESTA: all international guests must check their visa/ESTA requirements before traveling.

And lastly, all guests will undergo additional screening at the terminal to ensure everyone boarding the cruise is in good health. If for any reason you may not feel well or have any flu-like symptoms, please contact us ahead of time as we’ll sadly have to deny you boarding one of our ships.

Thanks for your cooperation. We can’t wait to see you onboard!

Sincerely,

Royal Caribbean International
