teddy Posted August 24, 2022 Report Share Posted August 24, 2022 Our daughter in law’s pregnancy question was just answered incorrectly. Haste and excitement ended up with touching yes instead of no. Big old red DENIED came up. The rep I just spoke to told me we would get a follow up email about it, and worst case we would correct it at the port the day we leave. She assured me that we won’t be denied boarding on Sunday. So the moral of this story is Slow Down and Be Careful when answering the questions when excited. teddy Posted August 24, 2022 Author Report Share Posted August 24, 2022 Follow up: Resolutions Department said they put a note on the reservation that the question was answered incorrectly, and when checking in at the port, she has to tell the agent that the question was answered incorrectly and she is not pregnant. smokeybandit Posted August 24, 2022 Report Share Posted August 24, 2022 They really need to change it so if you answer "yes" to anything it takes you to a confirmation screen saying "hey this can disqualify you from sailing, are you sure this is accurate?"
