Although confusing for the extra $10.....worth it. Great meal. Also, the Sushi Dinner is fantastic. Wear loose pants. If you make a reservation for Izumi Hibachi through the app while you are on the ship, they will see that you have the UDP when you dine with them and they will bring you a bill at the end for $10 plus 18% gratuity. If you are asking if you can make a pre-embarkation reservation on the app using your UDP, the answer is No. You would have to book it and pay for it as a separate purchase.
