smokeybandit
Labadee is an isolated, secured strip of land outside of the populated areas. WAYNO, Nichola29, Swar and 1 other
CrimsonCruiser
We have a sailing to Labadee that leaves in 10 days and we have gotten no notice that is going to change. I really hope it doesn't...we picked this itinerary specifically for Labadee because we (1) missed out on it on our Odyssey due to the issues and what not and (2) got a GREAT deal on a bungalow Swar, WAAAYTOOO, AlohaLivin and 2 others
Ryan79
There is no violence anywhere near Lebadee. Lebadee is a very isolated part of Haiti and not a place that even the locals have access to. A lot can happen between now and October, but nothing going on today will affect you all the way out in October. Nichola29
AlohaLivin
We are due to be there twice over the next 2.5 weeks, so here is hoping it’s a go (I miss Labadee). Don’t jinx me! Paid4c4
We are scheduled to be there on the AD on the week of the 20th and haven't received anything. Labadee is a very isolated part of Haiti and difficult to get to. That said I remember years ago on either the Song of America or the Sovereign we were at Labadee and were called to leave early because of civil unrest which I think led to a coup involving Baby Doc who was the dictator of Haiti for many years. CrimsonCruiser
Just got off Allure and we made our scheduled stop in Haiti with no issues or concerns. Swar, PPPJJ-GCVAB, FloatyBoaty and 4 others 6
Paid4c4
We just returned from Labadee last Wednesday and had a beautiful day. We only saw RCCL employees or people approved by RCCL. The beach and water were wonderful. It was perhaps the best stop of the cruise. Bill Sweety, Neesa, KristiZ and 2 others
