I think people need to remember that many companies closed when there was a hiatus for cruising. So, there aren't as many vendors offering tours. Which means that excursion might not populate until 6 or 9 months out. PDCC is a mainstay, so it is easy for the excursions relative to that to be listed as far as 2 years in advance.
