Byrnezy70 Posted March 5, 2017 Report Share Posted March 5, 2017 I'm sailing on the adventure of the seas in less than a weeks time, what are the cocktails like on board? are they your made from scratch, fresh ingredients type cocktails or are they overly sweet pre made versions?? That's one of the things I tell people when they whine about having to pay for drinks on a cruise versus all inclusive resorts. You want a martini...you get a real 'careful not to spill that!' martini in a real martini glass. Pre-made...if you are looking at it like making a strawberry daiquiri from fresh strawberries, no, they don't do that. They will use a strawberry mix, but the ice, rum and triple sec are combined and mixed separate right there in front of you. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Byrnezy70 Posted March 6, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2017 Thanks guys was trying to decide whether to get the delux package and you've made up my mind for me, like you said I've been to 'all inclusive' resorts before where the cocktails were horrible sickly sweet concoctions so if that was going to be the case here I wouldn't have bothered with the package.
