Bob H Posted July 23, 2022 Report Share Posted July 23, 2022 (edited) To whom it may concern. Can you please tell me who to contact to make comments on Royal Caribbean customer loyalty. I have had to cancel a cruise as I felt I didn't get the loyalty, and support, from RC that my loyalty to them deserved. It would have been my third cruise with them but, when asked for a very simple change to the booking but I was refused and ended up cancelling the cruise, which I was extremely unhappy about. I haven't had anyone from RC contact me to ask why and would like to put my case to them for a satisfactory response.
