My daughter needs wheelchair accessible transportation from the airport to our hotel, and I CANNOT find any wheelchair cab company who will pick us up at the airport. I called every single cab company on that page, but it turns out that it is illegal for any of them to pick up from the airport. I ended up filing a complaint and having a heated discussion with the MIA ADA director about this very page and the vague instructions for people with disabilities in finding transportation from the airport. Long story short, she informed me that the uniformed officers on the baggage level that find able-bodied people taxis can also get us a wheelchair taxi. Again, thank you for your suggestions!
