Anthem of the Seas July 15-22, from Southampton. Port excursion ideas?

Any ideas on shore excursions to La Rochelle, La Coruna, Bilbao or Le Havre/Paris?

The ports look like the kind of towns you would just wander and stroll through. 
 

We are debating taking the train trip to Paris from the LeHavre port.
