He said he asked the reservation person if the ArriveCan is still in effect/required. The clerk told him NO, it's been gone for a few weeks now. I just checked and the website says otherwise: https://www.canada.ca/en/border-services-agency/services/arrivecan.html I'd go with the official website but you just don't know if they are slow at taking things down.
