Unvaccinated Children Under the Age of 12

My daughter has two children under the age of twelve who are not vaccinated.  We are booked on the Oasis 8 July cruise.  Every 3 - 5 days she gets an email inquiry from RCCL for all the people on her reservation asking for the vaccination status of everyone on her reservation.  She and her husband are both vaccinated and have provided proof of vaccination that has been validated.  She responded to the email from RCCL the first time it was sent and provided the requested information but continues to get regularly harassed with the same request.  Has anyone else had this annoying experience?  If so, how did you get it resolved?

Yes, they are mass emailers they send up until cruise time. Both my kids are vaxxed, it’s been entered ad nauseam into the system, but we still receive emails about their vaccine status

if you filled it out the first time you can ignore the rest.  With the vax percentage down to 90% now, I'm surprised they even still send those.

 

You'll eventually get another email about scheduling a test at the pier for any unvaccinated kids. That too goes to every reservation with a child under 12.

Make sure your daughter put they are not vaccinated when she did the check in for them. Its an option when you click on vaccine information at the bottom of the page. It state Child not yet vaccinated
