The ship may get delayed in docking so you might not be off the ship, at the earliest, before 8am. Depending on if you are taking a shuttle, taxi, Lyft/Uber etc. to the airport, you might not make it before 9am. You have to take into consideration that its a Monday after a major travel holidays so you need to give yourself at least 2hrs to clear security and stuff. Also keep in mind that boarding usually stops anywhere from 20-30min before departure time.......i.e. a 11:30 flight might stop boarding at 11:10.
