US doesnt have any rules, so I could have flown home immediately. I chose to quarantine for 5 days, per the CDC advice, out of respect for other people on the plane to not fly with full blown Covid. We got home late last night and I could not have imagined flying 5+ hours with how I felt the back on Monday. Feeling much better now.
