Entertainment Reservations With Friends/Acquaintances

Recommended Posts

We are sailing with some friends/acquaintances and want to book our entertainment together. I know we can link our reservations pre-cruise, but is there a way to add others to an entertainment reservation once onboard without actually linking our reservations? Just thinking at it from the standpoint of not wanting everyone to have access to each other's cruise planner.

Unless things have changed recently, reservations only get you into the venue, not assigned seating, unless you are in a high tier C & A and/or suite class.  So, no need to try to get seating reservations for the theater for everyone in your party for the purpose of trying to sit together.  Just get there early.  I'm sure that there are some exceptions based upon what ship and when you cruise.

Thank you, but we are not trying to get assigned seating. Part of the group will be onboard well before the others so we were trying to get everything booked by one party before it all fills up.

Only some shows will require reservations, and without them being linked, there won't be a way to book together.

Linking of reservations is only for dining purposes.

You can visit the box office or talk to someone on board who may be able to help booking guests who haven't boarded yet.

With the information needed to link reservations in your account, it is possible to book excursions for people on other reservations. Wouldn't onboard reservations work the same way?
