Some shuttle companies do milk runs stopping at a number of hotels to pick up guests. They can be cheaper but not as enjoyable. Taxi is more money. I have a guy that owns a local limo service, he picks us up in a suburban so I know we have plenty of room with all the luggage and an accessibility scooter for my 4 person group. As soon as we step out the door from the terminal, our bus is already waiting for us. I don't remember the cost, but since I don't remember, it must have not been too bad. Luckily another driver picked up the fair, but not for a good 20 minutes and we were heading to the airport. Make sure you have lots of time if you go this route.
