My son (23) and I are together on the form/QR Code paper that was emailed and in my app. Is this ok, or should he have his own account/form and so forth? If they even check. Harbuddies Posted June 2, 2022 Report Share Posted June 2, 2022 How far in advance are you supposed to fill out the form, I think I read 72 hours prior to getting on the ship, is that correct? steverk Posted June 3, 2022 Report Share Posted June 3, 2022 I just passed through check in and customs for my northbound Alaska cruise on Radiance.
