SpeedNoodles Posted May 26, 2022 Report Share Posted May 26, 2022 It's not a luck thing. Any specialty restaurant can do it (or there is usually someone on the Promenade who is taking reservations for specialty restaurants as well). It doesn't matter what venue you go to.
