Susan Hayes
I was on Freedom of the Seas Bahamas Cruise which returned to Miami yesterday and lost my very sentimental silver charm bracelet, the charms were all family gifts to me over the last 10 years. As of yesterday it had not been turned it in to Customer Service Desk. I was naively hopeful that someone would be kind and honest and turn it in. Apparently there were several people arrested for on-board credit card fraud while disembarking yesterday in Miami. I don't know the details of the fraud but beware or your belongings including your jewelry, sailpass and credit cards. Customer Service gave me a website to use to try and find my bracelet, it is chargerback.com Hopefully you will never have to use it, also don't expect Customer Service to call you if they find your item, you have to keep checking with them.
