Escape rooms

Recommended Posts

Mariner of the Seas has one. $20 per person and a minimum of 6 people. You don’t need to have 6 people. You pick the time you want to do it and then show up. We did it last week and it was very fun. I definitely recommend it. Our guide was not super involved. He checked in at the 30 minute mark and the 10 minute mark. Other than that, he did not seem super involved. We called out for a hint once or twice that seemed to go unheard.

This should be the full list.  There may be others with "pop-up" style escape rooms on a rotating basis, but these are what I could find.

Oasis Class (Dedicated escape room)

  • Harmony - Escape the Rubicon
  • Oasis - Space Mission Apollo 18
  • Symphony - Escape the Rubicon
  • Wonder - There is a dedicated escape room, but it sounds like it's more of a "pop-up" style until they can get it fully fitted with all the bells and whistles of a permanent style room like the other Oasis class ships.  Games are "A Royal Mystery" and "A Royal Heist"

Quantum Class (No dedicated escape room)

  • Anthem - "pop-up" escape room in Two70 theater
  • Ovation - "pop-up" escape room in Two70 theater
  • Odyssey - "pop-up" escape room in Two70 theater

Freedom Class (Dedicated escape room)

  • Independence - The Observatorium

Voyager Class (Dedicated escape room)

  • Mariner - The Observatorium
  • Navigator - The Obersvatorium

Hope this helps!

This list will be useful, thank you!

We will be on Harmony on the 29th... My kids are excited for the escape room. They love them!

Are they open now? They have been closed during pandemic.

  • 1 year later...

Allure and perhaps other ships have a "pop up" Escape-like room called Royal Mystery at Puzzle Break. It is a large group activity in some venue where you make different teams between 5-10 people and solve the puzzle. Ours was packed. No reservations necessary/available, but also free.

We will be on Oasis next month and would love to do the escape room but do not want to play with strangers. Are the ships still mixing groups together, or would a group of 5 be allowed to play the room privately? Thanks!

No, they won't allow a group of five to play privately. They play with a number on Oasis so it will be a group of 10 at least. Mostly it is about how many people booked that slot, they are in the business of business.
