sbuelow Posted April 30, 2022 Report Share Posted April 30, 2022 I have one person's birthday on a reservation that is incorrect and the website will not let me edit, and I've been on hold for 2 hours and still cannot get a live person at royal caribbean. Allen2 Posted May 1, 2022 Report Share Posted May 1, 2022 We have been close to boarding denial with a birth date issue on Covid paperwork. It is my opinion that this should be taken seriously. In the past, we were nearly denied entry to Canada due to a middle name issue. Take all documentation seriously!
