anxiouscruiser Posted April 28, 2022 Report Share Posted April 28, 2022 I emailed royal twice. once about two weeks ago with a question, and the second with another question to the special requests email as i was told to do by the agent on the phone. i have not heard back from either. I have found I get an answer fairly quickly on there and if they don't know the answer, they will message me and tell me what steps they are attempting to get the answer for me.
