dodgestang Posted April 27, 2022 Report Share Posted April 27, 2022 It was hot...but not unbearable.....when we were there we saved turtles....open air bus ride, stop at some tourist trap shopping, then 1-1.5 hours digging holes on the beach. Brando95 Posted April 27, 2022 Report Share Posted April 27, 2022 Just looked it up, average high of 91 in July with a record high of 100 a few years ago.... so on average it's cooler than Dallas, but the humidity will be high as always and probably a decent chance of a brief afternoon shower. We've found sunscreen is essential because of the "strong sun", regardless of the temperature. Others have addressed the temp.
