We both had quite a few points from 3 cruises we took in the year prior to March, 2022. But I must be missing some qualifier because all of our points have zeroed out. Can someone please explain what I am missing? This is correct. All points are zeroed at the end of the casino year (3-31-22). You will begin accruing points for 2023 from 4-1-22 through 3-31-23. Your tier level has already been established (or in my case, it just carried over for another year) for casino year 22-23 so any points that you accrue going forward will be for next year. If you already were Prime for 21-22, you would retain your Prime status for 22-23 BUT that is just a quirk this year since there was not a full year of cruising to accumulate your points - they grandfathered everyone. In the future, yes...if you do not accumulate the minimum threshold (2500, most years) before 3-31 then your status would revert back to Choice (or Prime as your other example noted) for the next year until you accumulated at least 2500 (or 25,000 points) at which time your Choice would become Prime PLUS you would be Prime for the next year.
